Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Cancellation / Refund

Once the payment is successfully made and the value is credited to your Suivre Pay ID, the transaction cannot be cancelled or refunded. We request users to verify all details carefully before confirming a transaction.

Exception — Failed Delivery

If money is charged to your card or bank account, but the value is not delivered within 24 hours, you may request a refund. This is the only scenario where a refund is permissible.

How to Report

Please email Suivre Pay at the customer service email address listed on the Contact Us page.

Include the following details in your email for quick verification:

  • Transaction Amount
    The exact amount deducted from your account.
  • Transaction Date
    The date and time of the transaction.
  • Order Number
    The Order ID generated on the Platform.
  • Transaction Number
    The bank reference or UPI transaction ID.

Refund Processing

Once your report is verified, the refund will be processed. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 45 working days from the date of your email.
