You grant unconditional consent to Suivre Pay to send transaction confirmations, booking updates, and status alerts via SMS and other electronic channels to your Registered Mobile Number.

These communications are essential for service delivery and comply with TRAI guidelines.

Service Charges

• Platform Usage: The operation of the Merchant Account is subject to service charges prescribed by the Company from time to time.
• Retail Outlet Transactions: If a transaction is facilitated through a Retail Outlet, the Consumer is liable to pay the Retail Partner a service fee. You will receive an intimation on your mobile regarding these specific charges.
• Taxes: All charges are exclusive of applicable taxes (Service Tax/GST), which will be levied as per the Retail Partner’s policies.

Account Security

If you hold an account with Suivre Digital, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to supervise all activities conducted under your account.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any violation of this Agreement.

Prohibited Activities

Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not authorized by us.
• Engage in speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings or transactions.
• Bypass or circumvent any security measures or access controls.
• Impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or network.
• Deep-link to any part of the Platform without express written permission.
• Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Platform into another website.

Third-Party Rules

Services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Additional terms imposed by these suppliers will apply to your purchase. Violation of supplier rules may result in cancellation, denial of service, and liability for costs incurred by us.

By submitting content (reviews, comments, suggestions), you grant Suivre Pay a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use and display such content globally.

• You acknowledge that submissions are non-confidential.

Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimer: We do not guarantee the accuracy of descriptions or details regarding Fintech products or travel bookings. Much of this information is provided by third parties.
• Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a transaction is completed at an incorrect price, we may cancel it without penalty. We are not liable for loss or damage arising from such errors.
